Refunds

We do not offer refunds after we have completed services. If you choose to unsubscribe to our services, we will continue to provide service until your last paid month is completed. If you subscribe, and unsubscribe before we provide services, we may offer a refund where applicable. We will notify you once we’ve received a request to unsubscribe to our services, and let you know if it includes a refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
